About Itiden

Itiden is a smaller digital agency with a broad portfolio. We each have our own areas of expertise, but we encourage exploration and like people to move beyond their primary field. By consciously choosing not to grow too large, every employee gets a more significant role and a better opportunity to influence both their own future and the future of the company. It is important to us that everyone enjoys their work and gets their voice heard. We do not believe anyone ever becomes fully learned in the digital landscape, and we see it as natural to be curious about new opportunities and standards. Together, we keep developing and stay at the forefront.

We work with many different clients. Some projects run for a longer time and some are shorter. We work very flexibly, and when needed we move between projects to support each other. Whatever you are working on, there is always someone to spar with. So far, we have never run into a problem that we were not able to solve together.

Our office is centrally located by Kungsportsplatsen in Gothenburg. We like our office, but we work wherever makes the most sense that day, at the office, from home or elsewhere. When needed, employees do need to be able to get to the office.

All employees get to choose the equipment they work best with, whether that means computer, keyboard or mouse pad. You also get a mobile phone of your choice and a generous wellness allowance.
