Mobile app or responsive web application
The first thing to consider is whether a mobile app is the best solution. A mobile app is found through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. A web application, on the other hand, is accessed through the mobile phone's web browser.
Both options have advantages and disadvantages. Having to install an app before being able to use a service can be seen as an obstacle. However, there is functionality that an installed app can handle that cannot be solved with a web application (such as access to parts of the device's hardware). React Native

Distribution
To release apps to Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store, accounts first need to be created. The apps then need to be set up in the tools you have been given access to.
